How long does it take to complete an order?

We ask for 2-3 business days to process, pack and ship your order.  On a rare occasion, we sell out before we can pull your order.  If that happens, we will reach out to you to substitute that product.  Or we will ask for additional time to make your missing item fresh from scratch.

What are your hours?

We are now open 7 days a week!

Monday thru Saturday: 10 am - 8 pm

Sunday: 12 pm - 5 pm

We are closed for most major holidays.  You can check our social media pages and Google listings for the most up to date hours.

Can I custom order products?  Do you do private label products?

YES!  Custom orders are some of our favorite things to make!  Let us help you make that special gift or event awesome with totally custom products.  If we make it, we can make it the way YOU want.  We also do bulk, white label, wholesale, party favors, welcome gifts, etc.

How long does shipping usually take?

We know you’re excited to receive your order! Total delivery time depends on the shipping service you choose and any upcoming holidays that might pause mail service.

 

While we work hard to get your order out the door quickly, please keep in mind that once a package is dropped off at the shipping facility, it is officially in the hands of the carrier. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery estimates.
